Obituary of Jewell Dean McCoy

Miss Jewell Dean McCoy, 79, of Pell City, Alabama passed away on January 22, 2018 in Pell City.

MIss McCoy was a member of Broken Arrow Baptist Church where she was the pianist for several years. She was a member of the Christianaires Quartet. She was preceded in death by her parents, Virginia and Homard "Bill" McCoy, and her sister, Dorothy Thornburg.

She is survived by her sister, Sandra J. McCoy; brother-in-law, Bill Thornburg; nieces, Barbara Thornburg, Norma Beckley and Sandra Haines; nephew, Bill Thornburg, Jr.

The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday January 25, 2018 at Usrey Funeral Home, Pell City, with the Rev. Allen Crump officiating. Interment will follow at St Clair Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 24, 2018, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Broken Arrow Baptist Church.
