Obituary of Bobby Kenneth Foster

Bobby K. Foster, 77, Munford, died at 5:43 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 20^th, 2018 of natural causes at Anniston Northeast Regional Medical Center.

Bobby was born June 23, 1940 in Wedowee, Al, retired in Munford, AL. He worked for the United Auto Workers at Chrysler in Belvidere, IL for 38 years.

He was married 54 years, and is survived by his wife Darlene M. Foster. Together, they had three children, Cherie  Fidder (Mark Fidder) , Steve Foster and Mark Foster (Heather Lucas Foster). Bob and Darlene had four Grandchildren, Jason Fidder, Joshua Foster, Julia Foster and Jackson Foster. In addition, Bob is also survived by his brother Walter Foster.

He is preceded in death by his parents Albert Walter Foster and Mary Bannister Foster, and siblings Jim Henry Foster, Mary Ethel Powell, Maxine Foster Prudoehl.

Visitation services will be held at 3:00 p.m. and Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 23, at the Usrey Brown Funeral Home, Talladega AL. Jeff Stephens will officiate.

Bob was baptized at Munford Baptist Church and read the complete bible by age 6!! In addition, Bob was an avid reader that loved history, jazz music, cars and spending time with friends and family.  He was a huge, lifetime devotee of Alabama  football -“Roll Tide”!
