Carl Edward Jernigan, 68 of Talladega passed away Nov. 2, 2017. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He is survived by his children Roy Edward Jernigan (Sharon), Pepper Jernigan (Charles), Mary Jernigan (Steven) and Kristy Jernigan, Sisters Becky Lee (David), Tracy Riley, brothers Ralph and James Jernigan, five grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
