Obituary of Kenneth Ray Martin

Kenneth Martin, known to family and friends as Kenny, passed away Saturday, October 21, 2017, at the age of 62 years old.

Kenny graduated from Talladega Academy and retired from Anniston Army Depot.

He served on the board of Chapel in the Pines, was a member of First United Methodist Church in Pell City, Tuesday Night Bible Study, Pell City Red Elephant Club and co-owner of C&C Camping.

Funeral Service will be held at Usrey Funeral Home Monday, October 23, 2017.  Visitation from 11AM to 1PM with service immediately following.  Burial to follow at Pine Hill Memorial Park. Pastors Byron Vance and Arthur Harrison will officiate the service.

He will be remembered by his wife of 43 years, Deb, daughter Christy and son in law, Jason.  His three grandchildren, Wyatt, Tucker, and Sarah Beth.  His brother Willis (Judy Carpenter), Mother in Law, Alline Van der Blom, Sisters and brothers in law, Jan and Tony Parton and Chris and Tammie Cook.  Niece and Nephews, Kayla Minton (Taylor), Tristian Cook (Afton) and Andrew Martin.

Kenny is preceded in death by his Father Charles Ray Martin and Mother Jacqueline Camp Martin.

Pallbearers will be Steve Giddens, Tony Furgeson, Tristian Cook, Johnny McKissick, Doug Freeman and Cotton Freeman.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in memory of Kenneth Martin to Lakeside Hospice, 4010 Masters Rd.  Pell City, Alabama 35125
