Obituary of Mary Christine Wilson

~~Mary Christine Wilson entered into her Heavenly home on September 4, 2017 at St. Vincent St. Clair in Pell City with her family by her side.  She has now joined her husband, William H. "Bill" Wilson,Jr;  parents Stellie and Elise Hydrick; sister Louise Spearman; brother Harold Hydrick; children Mike Copeland and Jackie Harrison; and a grandson, Wesley Copeland.

Remaining for now are her children Steve Copeland (Sam) of Standish, ME., Eva Arnold (Morgan) of Pell City and daughter-in-law Kay Copeland Richmond of Owensburo, KY; sister Elizabeth Ann Crook (Rick) of Lonoke, AK; 7 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Wilson was a long time member of Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church where she regularly attended and held the office of treasurer.  She enjoyed working at the church and spending time with friends and family.  She was a loving wife, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt  and was a devout Christian.  She was loved by many and will be missed by many more.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at Usrey Funeral Home, Pell City with the Rev. Patrick Horne, the Rev. Craig Gilley, and the Rev. Joe Joyner officiating.  Interment will follow at Antioch Baptist Cemetery in Bynum.  The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Brett Copeland, Lee Copeland, Warren Copeland, Tony Sook, Jeremy McCullars and Mike Schwartz.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.
