Obituary of Viola Deason Gore

~Viola Deason Gore, 95, went to be with her Lord and Savior on September 4, 2017.  Viola was a member of The Church at Grant's Mill.  She was preceded in death by her parents, William Henry and Nancy Phillips; two husbands, Clanton Deason and M.P. Gore; brothers Herschel and Marion Phillips; sisters, Alma Ogle, Eunice Clements and Vada Vaughn.

 She is survived by two sons, Ted (Mildred) Deason and Steve (Karen) Deason; granddaughter Stacey (Jonathan) Smith; two great-grandchildren, Steven Deason and Calie Smith; and a host of nieces and nephews. 

A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday September 7, 2017 at St Clair Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Neal Bruce officiating. 

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to your favorite charity.
