Funeral Services for Avery Vernon Parton will be Saturday July 29, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Usrey Chapel with burial in Pine Hill Memorial Park. The Rev. Danny Bannister will be officiating.

Visitation will be Friday july28, 2017 at 6:00-8:00 pm at the funeral home .Mr. Parton is survived by his Son; Gary (Jennifer) Parton, Granddaughter; Stacy Parton;1 Great Granddaughter Dakota Borden,1 Sister; Hazel Lybrand,4 Brothers; Jim Parton, S.A. Parton, Norman Parton, and Cecil Parton.

 Pallbearers will be Russ Parton, Greg Parton, Mike Parton, Johnny Parton, Vincent Parton, and Homer Parton .Mr. Parton was preceded in death by his Wife; Annie Ruth Parton and Parents John H. and Katie Parton.

He was a native of Ohatchee and resident of Talladega for most of his life. Vet of WWII at the Battle of the Bulge. Of the Baptist faith,was an avid bowler and a huge Alabama fan, he was retired from ATAP, and they would like to give a special thank you to Lakeside Hospice and Ronnie Gaither.
