Obituary of Vera O. Milstead

Vera O. Milstead, 86 of Talladega passed away June 11, 2017. Funeral Services will be held 2:00pm Wednesday June 14, 2017 at Usrey Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery. Rev. Stephen Collins will officiate. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8:00 pm Tuesday at Funeral Home. She was preceded in death by her husband James B. Milstead, 1 sister and 3 brothers. She was retired from AIDB and a member of Emanuel Baptist Church. Survivors include her two sons Steven J. Milstead (Bonnie), Gregory Milstead, grandchildren Barry Milstead, Mark Milstead and Allison Mills, sisters Patsy Colquitt (Travis), Alma Jean Reardon, Noli Wyatt, brothers Bobby Owens (Norma), Kenneth Owens (Sue) and 6 great-grandchildren. Usrey Funeral Home Talladega will direct services.
