~Mrs. Doris Elizabeth Pope, 88, of Ashville, Alabama passed away April 28, 2017 in Pell City.
Mrs. Pope was a member of Oldham Chapel Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her sister, Anna B. Jackson.
She is survived by her sons, Perry Pope (Pam) and Robert "Link" Pope (Lisa); five grandchildren, and five great- grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 pm on Friday May 5, 2017 at Usrey Funeral Home, Pell City, with Mr. Bobby Kitchens officiating. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to service time.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to John Croyle's Big Oak Ranch or to Kindred Hospice.
