Funeral Services for Mr. Edwin Alan Henson will be Friday March 24,2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Usrey Funeral Home Chapel with David Holcombe and T.J. Simmons officiating and burial in Providence Baptist Church Cemetery on Guntertown Road.The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00-11:00 a.m. right before services on Friday.Mr. Henson is survived by 2 daughters:Tina Henson Davlin, and Christie McKee(Shane),a brother: J.C. Henson, and a sister: Mary. 6 grandchildren: Eric Glidewell,Malorie McKee,Jordan Davlin, Auburn McKee,Haley Davlin, and Brady McKee. 2 great grandchildren Juliet Glidewell and Chandler Glidewell. Mr. Henson was a native of clay co,and resided in Birmingham most of his life. He was owner of Lighthouse Christian Bookstore and retired as Chief Deputy to the Tax Assessor in Jefferson Co.He was currently owner/ operator of Stewarts Auto Service.
