Obituary of Ricky Joe Whited

Funeral service with Fireman Honors for Ricky Joe Whited, 60, of Pell City, will be Monday, January 30, 2017 at 1:00 pm from the Chapel of Usrey Funeral Home. Rev. Charlie Nicholson will officiate and burial will follow in Bethlehem Cemetery in Clay County. His family will receive friends Monday from 11- 1:00 at the funeral home. Ricky passed away at his home January 26, 2017. Ricky was a native of Talladega County. He had 18 years of service with the Talladega Fire Department, and also volunteered with Lincoln Fire Department. He was a member of Freewill Baptist Church of Talladega. He loved working with wood and motorcycles. He was preceded in death by his parents, O.T. and Annie Jo Whited. His survivors include his companion, Nancy Tucker, children, Brandy Comans (James), Jennifer Pitts (Randy), Allyson Armstrong (Little Ricky), Wayne Cook, Charity Whited (Robert Schatz), grandchildren, Shaun, Tody, Andrew, Donovan, Austin, Kendal,Christian, James, Bailey, Leah,and Draven, sisters, Denise Ford (Larry), Linda Vincent (Joe Beard), Mureece Horn, brothers, Jimmy Whited (Brenda), Randy Whited (Sue), several nieces and nephews. Lincoln Fire Department will provide Funeral Honors. Pallbearers will be Brian Parker, Timothy Whited, Bob Geigler, Jeff Rich, Phillip Sewell, Terry Wills, Steven Whited and Gerald Biles
