Mr. Forney David "Dan" Haynes, 74, of Pell City, Alabama passed away on January 5, 2017 in Pell City.
He is survived by his Wife, Brenda K. Haynes; Daughters, Sonya Boivin (Serge), Kim Shaw, and Melonie Jones (Ronald); Sons, David Lynn Haynes (Donna), Jason Tucker (Meg), Brandon Warlick (Jenni), and Mel Kiker (Marley); Sisters, Mary Jo Smith (Rayburn) and Billie Rose Howard (Glenn); 14 Grandchildren, and 9 Great-Grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 am Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Usrey Funeral Home, Pell City with the Rev. Ronald Jones officiating. Interment will follow at St. Clair Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the funeral home. .
