Name:Mr. Howard "Gene" Bice Age:72 Residence:Ragland AL Date of Death: Place of Death:Pell City Background:He was retired from National Cement Co., was a Licensed HAM Radio Operator,a veteran of the US Army, and an inactive Deacon of Providence Baptist Church. He was a loving husband, father, & grandfather. He loved going to the river at Katie's Kove, watching his sons & grandchildren fish, and frying the fish for a community cookout. He will be greatly missed by all his family. Preceeded in Death by:He was preceded in death by his parents, Ottis & Mary Bice, his mother-in-law, Geneva Rich, Brother, Haskel Bice, 3 nephews, Johnny & Kenneth Crowe, & Robert Myers; & by his best friend, Gerald Noah. Survivors:Wife: Shirley Rich Bice, Daughter: Marsha (Ross) Wise; Sons: Mark (Dana) Bice, Michael (Misty) Bice, Granddaughters: Dewi & K.D.
